Shipping & Returns
Shipping Method
We exclusively freight with PBT as our shipping method for all orders.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse at 70 Whites Line East, Waiwhetu, Lower Hutt 5010, New Zealand.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are calculated based on your order size/weight and the destination address for the delivery. Shipping costs include product handling, administrative, fuel charges and GST. Please note that shipping costs will be displayed during checkout, allowing you to review charges before finalising your order.
Shipment Shape
All our products are shipped in a standard ‘box’ shape. They are not categorized as ‘irregular’ or ‘cylinder’ shipments.
Depot Pickup
You can choose to pick up your order from our warehouse or from various depots during regular business hours. Please take along your order confirmation and a valid ID for verification.
Returns/Cancellations
We understand that returns may be necessary on occasion. If you wish to return a product, please get in touch for assistance. Please note the following regarding returns:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Refunds will not include the original shipping cost.
We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act in all aspects of our business, including our website and the services we offer. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 guarantees that consumers have certain rights when they purchase goods and services. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, goods must be of merchantable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If you believe that a product you have purchased from our website does not meet the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and our partnership with PBT. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
